About The Role

Due to the formation of a new department, we are looking for a Mobile Repair Technician to join a national technician’s team to support our customers. This role is ideal for a Level 3 Technician who enjoys versatile day-to-day job activities as every day comes with new challenges. You will be comfortable with face‑to‑face interactions with our customers providing professional service. As a Mobile Repair Technician, you will not be required to have your own tools; these will be provided to you with a work van.
Responsibilities
- Carry out general servicing of vehicles and repairs (if qualified)
- Diagnose problems on vehicles in the workshop and, if needed, undertake electrical diagnosis
- Carry out all repairs in line with approved methods to restore vehicles to their original condition
- Deal with warranty repairs in line with manufacturer standards
- Ensure all relevant documentation is accurately completed and all company procedures are followed
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic or Mechanical Inspector
- Qualified to City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or 3
- Full valid UK driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years
