What you’ll be working on
The role involves 12-hour day shifts (6am–6pm) with a rolling rota. You’ll work fewer days overall and, on average, about 3.5 days per week over a 12-week cycle, providing extended time off and enhanced work–life balance. You will deliver an exceptional end-to-end experience for cinch customers, ensuring vehicles are safely transported, inspected, and presented with professionalism at your nearest cinch hub.
Responsibilities
- Collect and deliver vehicles daily between cinch sites and customers, ensuring safe and efficient transport
- Carry out vehicle checks and inspections, preparing each car to cinch’s high standards before handover
- Provide a full, friendly and informative handover experience, including a complete walkaround and answering customer questions
- Support customers with car-related queries, helping them feel confident and comfortable with their new vehicle
- Work as part of a coordinated team of drivers to deliver a consistently excellent customer experience
Qualifications
- Experience in automotive or driving is desirable but not required as full training will be given
- A ‘can-do’ attitude for this hands-on, physical role where no two days are the same
- Organised and proactive

- Ability to work alone or within a team
- Held a Full UK Licence for more than 2 years, with 9 or fewer points
