What you’ll be working on:
- As the Cinch Hub Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the Customer Advisor and vehicle handover team in providing a best‑in‑class service to cinch’s customers at our click and collect locations around the country.
- You will ensure that service from the C&C location is carried out to the highest standard, through effective stock and time management.
- You will also carry out vehicle handovers with our customers where required as well as coordinating local deliveries from the site.
- You will need to work with cinch and other constellation group colleagues to ensure vehicles are in the right condition at the right time to give the best experience to our customers.
