CIMSPA is seeking an experienced People & Culture Advisor to partner with managers across the organisation, delivering practical HR support and contributing to the People Strategy.
You will handle employee relations, policies, data insights, wellbeing and engagement initiatives while helping the organisation foster an inclusive workplace.
This part-time role is based at the Loughborough office, 15-20 hours across 2-3 days with a permanent contract.
