We're looking for an experienced People & Culture Advisor to join our ambitious and values-driven People & Culture team. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys building relationships, coaching managers and creating positive workplace experiences that enable people to flourish.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you'll provide expert HR advice and support across the employee lifecycle, helping managers navigate people matters confidently and ensuring our policies, processes and culture continue to support a high-performing, inclusive workplace.

As our People & Culture Advisor, you'll be a supportive partner to managers and colleagues across the organisation, providing practical and professional HR support while helping us deliver our wider People Strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing first-line advice and guidance on employee relations matters.
- Coaching and supporting managers with general HR issues.
- Preparing HR documentation, communications, guidance and manager resources.
- Supporting fair and consistent application of employment policies and procedures.
- Monitoring HR processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Maintaining compliance with employment legislation, HR best practice and organisational policies.
- Support with key employee lifecycle activities.
- Supporting with production and analysis of HR data and insights to support informed decision-making.
- Supporting learning and development initiatives, employee engagement and wellbeing programmes.
- Contributing to organisational culture, inclusion and retention initiatives.
- Supporting people projects and delivery of the People Strategy.
