Role Description
This is a full‑time, hybrid role (two days required in Corby HQ) for a Senior Partnerships Manager. The Senior Partnership Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the retention, growth and long‑term value of CILT(UK)’s Company Partnership portfolio. With a strong focus on account management and strategic relationship development, the role ensures CILT(UK) partners receive exceptional support, tailored solutions and a clear understanding of the value CILT(UK) brings to their organisations. The Senior Partnership Manager will also support new business sales activity, contributing to the expansion of our partnership community.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Builds strong, credible relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Communicates confidently, both in writing and in presentations.
- Is highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Uses data and insights to solve problems and shape account strategies.
- Has excellent attention to detail across CRM, forecasting and reporting.

Experience that helps:
- B2B account or partnership management, ideally in a membership, professional body or similar relationship‑led environment.
