The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) is a charitable body and professional association with its HQ in London. Founded in 1926, CILT operates in more than 40 countries, including the UK. CILT is the institute for all those involved in the movement of goods and people, and its purpose is to promote the arts & sciences of those related disciplines. We are a vibrant community of likeminded professionals who are passionate about Logistics, Transport and Supply Chain Management.
We are looking for an Honorary Treasurer, who is also a Trustee on the Council of Trustees (our Board). The individual should be a member of the CCAB or CIMA and have substantive experience of the supply chain, logistics, freight, manufacturing or public transportation sectors. The ideal candidate will also be able to demonstrate sound board behaviours, collegiate decision making and have a good understanding of assurance, risk and sound financial governance in an international environment.
The role is pro-bono. If you meet the criteria including the formal financial qualifications and are interested, please apply via email. Please include a current summary CV and a covering letter.
