There is an upcoming opportunity for a Law Lecturer. The role teaches Employment Law and Business / Commercial Law. Candidates would need credible practice experience in either or both specialisms. Prior teaching experience is not required; however, you would need to demonstrate the following:
- Passionate about helping learners build skills to succeed and the ability to inspire and motivate.
- An effective communicator able to listen well and respond to the needs of stakeholders.
- Able to build and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Skilled at providing feedback, using tact and diplomacy.
- Proactive and highly organised, able to manage and prioritise multiple demands on your time.
- Committed to promoting the welfare of learners.
- Eager to develop own teaching and course design capability.
