We are looking for a detail-oriented Online Dispatch Administrator to support our growing retail e-commerce operations. This office-based, part-time or full-time role is responsible for processing and dispatching online orders, coordinating with stock teams, and assisting with company returns. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years' experience in retail, dispatch, or administration and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This mid-level position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth processing and dispatch of online orders. In addition to managing online dispatch, the successful candidate will assist the stock team with processing company returns, helping maintain accurate inventory and efficient stock flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage daily online orders from receipt through dispatch
  • Coordinate with warehouse and store teams to ensure accurate picking and packing
  • Generate shipping labels, invoices, and dispatch documentation
  • Liaise with courier services to coordinate collections and track deliveries
  • Resolve dispatch discrepancies and delivery issues
  • Maintain accurate records in order management and inventory systems
  • Assist the stock team in processing company returns and updating inventory records
  • Support stock control and reconciliation processes
  • Contribute to improving dispatch and returns procedures
Required Experience & Skills
  • 1–3 years' experience in e-commerce, retail operations, dispatch, or administrative roles

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
