We are looking for a detail-oriented Online Dispatch Administrator to support our growing retail e-commerce operations. This office-based, part-time or full-time role is responsible for processing and dispatching online orders, coordinating with stock teams, and assisting with company returns. The ideal candidate has 1β3 years' experience in retail, dispatch, or administration and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This mid-level position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth processing and dispatch of online orders. In addition to managing online dispatch, the successful candidate will assist the stock team with processing company returns, helping maintain accurate inventory and efficient stock flow.
Key Responsibilities- Process and manage daily online orders from receipt through dispatch
- Coordinate with warehouse and store teams to ensure accurate picking and packing
- Generate shipping labels, invoices, and dispatch documentation
- Liaise with courier services to coordinate collections and track deliveries
- Resolve dispatch discrepancies and delivery issues
