We are a custom product engineering company that supports multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges. Our global team includes developers, consultants, analysts and product owners who engineer technology to redefine industries.
As an Enterprise Data Architect, you will be part of a cross-functional development team delivering experiences of tomorrow.
The Enterprise Data & Analytics team delivers a portfolio of solutions that bring together data assets, governance and technologies to support our client’s mission. We partner with the business to understand needs and deliver measurable value, operational efficiency and scalable data foundations. As we evolve our Business Data Strategy, we are focused on creating a more integrated, trusted and reusable data ecosystem that enables better decision-making and supports growth. You will shape and enable the Business Data Strategy by defining how core data assets are structured, connected and governed across the organisation, moving toward a single source of truth across domains such as customer, product, revenue and growth metrics. You will translate business needs into clear, scalable data design and ensure that strategic initiatives are built on strong, reusable data foundations. Your success will be measured by the extent of trusted and reusable data, reduced duplication and fragmentation, and faster, more confident decision-making across the business.
Responsibilities
- Defining and owning the target enterprise data architecture, ensuring key data domains and “golden data assets” are clearly structured, connected and aligned across the organisation.
- Ensuring data initiatives contribute to a single, integrated source of truth, avoiding duplication and siloed solutions.
- Partnering with business stakeholders to understand decision-making needs and translate these into scalable, outcome-driven data design.
- Working with technology teams to guide implementation, ensuring alignment with enterprise platforms (e.g. Snowflake) and integration patterns.
- Establishing and promoting standards for data modelling, integration and reuse, enabling consistency across federated teams while allowing flexibility.
- Contributing to the Business Data Strategy and roadmap, embedding architectural considerations for long-term scalability and value.
Requirements
- Experience designing and implementing data architectures in complex, enterprise environments, ideally with central and federated models.
- Strong understanding of data modelling, data integration, data lifecycle and data platforms (e.g. Snowflake), with ability to engage effectively with technical teams.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear data design to enable decision-making and measurable business outcomes.
- Experience with data governance, master data management and data quality concepts, and how these are enabled through architecture.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills to work across business and technology teams in a matrix environment.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic delivery to ensure scalable and achievable solutions.
- Experience of supporting or delivering data-led transformation initiatives is advantageous.
