As they continue to scale their European ecosystem, we are looking for a Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager Europe to drive real-world adoption of tokenized assets across the region.
You will lead ecosystem discovery, engagement, and growth initiatives around a high-performance public blockchain used for tokenization and institutional-grade digital asset infrastructure. This is a strategic, externally facing role at the intersection of venture, fintech, capital markets, and Web3: combining partnerships, venture-style evaluation, ecosystem building, and hands-on execution.
- Source and support high-quality tokenization startups.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and optimize ecosystem impact through data-driven insights.
Strategy & Regulation: Monitor regulatory developments, assess strategic trade-offs, and design scalable solutions to market challenges.
- 5–8 years in venture, fintech/TradFi growth, ecosystem partnerships, or digital asset BD, with a strong track record in structuring and executing strategic deals.
- Deep understanding of European financial markets and regulatory environments.
- Solid knowledge of tokenization, institutional digital asset adoption, and DeFi use cases.
- Data-driven mindset with experience optimizing growth funnels and ecosystem performance.
- Build in a fast-scaling, global digital asset infrastructure company.
