Mears Group is recruiting a Housing Support Officer in Aberdeen to deliver high-quality housing management and support for asylum seekers. You will manage a portfolio of homes within the region, coordinate move-ins/outs, inspections, monitor compliance and safeguard welfare, and work with partners to arrange appropriate support.
You will assess needs, provide practical and emotional support, document records for audits, and adapt to a flexible role including travel between sites.
