Life Without Barriers is seeking a Case Manager to support homeless or at-risk young people across Somerset & Lockyer regions. You will manage a caseload, help clients set practical goals and access housing, education, and health services.
This role requires trauma-informed practice, strong rapport with vulnerable youth, and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. A relevant qualification is essential, along with a current Driver’s Licence and probity checks.
