Foxtons is seeking a Compliance Administrator to drive safety and regulatory compliance across the properties we manage. You will review gas safety certificates, electrical reports and smoke alarm requirements to ensure listings meet legal standards from listing to move-in.
You will collaborate with Property Management and Office Managers to support audits, Right to Rent checks, visa expiry monitoring, and keep compliance data accurate, while helping resolve complaints and drive process
