The Hereford & Worcester Neighbourhood team manages around 4,000 customer homes within Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Warwickshire.
Position: Permanent Full time Position, 37 hours per week
Location: Hereford & Worcester / Hybrid working
Salary: £37,595
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing tenancy management and estate issues.
- Dealing with Anti‑Social behaviour from minor reports to serious cases and actively being involved in multi‑agency work to resolve issues.
- Dealing with sensitive safeguarding matters.
- Carrying out regular block and estate inspections.
- Involvement in the management of new build properties for all tenancy management issues.
- Conducting tenancy reviews for all properties within the allocated patch.
- Reviewing service charges and depreciation.
Qualifications:
- Ability to carry out interviews to discuss sensitive customer issues.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Ability to develop successful professional relationships with partners to achieve positive outcomes.
- Willingness and ability to work flexibly and attend meetings and other events outside normal business hours to meet the needs of the service.
- Ability to adapt positively to change, be resilient to challenges, obstacles, and handle conflict.
- Highly self‑motivated, able to act with integrity and show drive and enthusiasm.
- Current driving licence and access to a car.
Desirable:
- Experience working with a Social Housing Provider or similar customer‑facing role.
- Ability to be innovative and look for ways to improve customer experience.
