Greatwell Homes is seeking a Neighbourhood Housing Officer on a part-time basis (18.5 hours per week) to join our Housing Team. You will manage a defined patch, build strong relationships with customers and deliver proactive tenancy management while helping to sustain tenancies.
In this role you will:
- Investigate ASB cases
- Lead on estate management
- Identify welfare concerns and provide support or referrals
- Safeguard and collaborate with partners to maintain safe, welcoming environments
