Greatwell Homes is seeking a Neighbourhood Housing Officer to join our Housing Team on a 14 month fixed term maternity cover. You will manage a defined patch, build strong relationships with customers and deliver proactive tenancy management.
You will handle ASB cases, estate management, welfare support and safeguarding, working with partners to keep neighbourhoods safe, clean and well maintained, with a visible customer-focused presence in communities.
