Full Time - 37.5 hours per week

Westcroft is a vibrant supported living service with 9 independent one bedroom flats, supporting adults with learning disabilities across three main buildings and community homes. Guided by our five core values, we work together to create an inclusive, respectful environment where people feel valued, supported and empowered to live as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated team to support vulnerable people
  • Promote a positive workplace culture where everyone feels included, empowered and supported
  • Oversee Staff Rotas including organising annual leave and covering sickness
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to oversee recruitment and induction of new staff at the scheme
  • Manage and support a team of Support workers
  • Work with external agencies to achieve best outcomes

Requirements:

  • Strong Leadership Skills
  • Full Drivers Licence with access to a vehicle
  • Strong IT Skills
  • Previous managerial experience within a similar setting ideal but not essential
