CCP is seeking a resilient Team Manager to lead our established Independent Living Service for young people leaving care. You will develop staff, promote strengths-based, trauma-informed support, and ensure high-quality, compliant services across multiple homes in Bristol and surrounding areas.
You will manage rotas, participate in on-call duties, and drive service expansion. Eligibility includes full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle; hours are full-time with occasional evenings
