North Wales Housing is recruiting for a Supported Housing role at the Conwy Dispersed and Mental Health Scheme. You will contribute to delivering a person-centred, trauma-informed support service under the supervision of the Supported Housing Manager.
You will manage referrals and housing moves, complete tenancy paperwork, and work with agencies to secure move-on accommodation while maximising resident welfare.
