Torbay Council is seeking a Housing Officer to manage social housing stock for Torbay Council. You will deliver a high-quality tenancy service, including advice on tenancy and estate management, lettings, voids, decants, rent and arrears, and customer service, in line with policies and Regulator requirements.
The role requires strong communication, literacy in Word/Excel/Outlook, and a commitment to fairness and diversity. Hybrid working and regional travel are involved.
