The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
The vacancy will support the delivery of Live Well Kent and Medway's mental health and wellbeing services. You will have responsibility for all referrals coming into the service, manage the incoming telephone system as well as the online and email process. You will train your team and the supporting Link staff to manage the demand and will be responsible for the quality of this vital element of the service. You will support the area manager with data management for reporting cycles in addition to managing the team responsible for initial contact with LWK&M. Good people and communication skills will be essential.
Working pattern: 37.5 hours, 9.00am to 5.00pm, Mondays to Fridays with some flexibility required.

Contract type: Fixed term until 31st March 2027.

The contract for this role runs until 31st March 2027. We hope to extend the contract if new funding is obtained, but this isn't guaranteed at the time of writing this job advert.
