As a Tenancy Coordinator at Foxtons, you'll act as the central point of contact for landlords and tenants, taking ownership of a portfolio of residential properties and managing each tenancy with confidence and professionalism.
Working closely with our local offices and specialist support teams, you'll provide expert support to landlords across Worcester and the surrounding areas. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating maintenance
- Resolving tenancy related issues
- Offering guidance on legal and financial matters
All while ensuring landlord investments are protected and tenants receive an excellent level of service throughout their tenancy.
