What you will do:
- Carry out inspections of private sector housing to ensure compliance with housing legislation and health and safety standards.

- Take enforcement action where necessary to address non-compliance and improve housing conditions.
- Manage housing compliance projects, including HMO licensing and related regulatory work.
- Maintain accurate case records and prepare reports to support enforcement activities and policy development.
