- Essential criteria: Minimum relevant qualification to Diploma level, or equivalent experience.
Experience
- Essential criteria: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams. Previous relevant experience of working with patients, carers or the public and a working knowledge of the techniques used.
- Desirable criteria: Previous experience of working in the NHS. Experience of working in an Engagement role. Experience of using CANVA or similar. Experience of working with databases.
