The role involves owning a diverse caseload, guiding tenancy matters, and ensuring professional, legislation-compliant handling with a focus on resident welfare.
Hybrid working (2-3 days in the office) and a temporary initial contract accompany responsibilities across arrears, tenancy breaches, and anti-social behaviour.
