About The Role
As a Team Assistant, you'll provide a wide range of administrative and business support to the Independent Living service. You'll play a key role in helping teams stay organised, coordinating meetings and projects, managing communications, maintaining records and supporting service improvements.
No two days are the same. You'll work closely with Team Managers, Local Link Leads, colleagues across the business and residents to ensure effective communication and excellent customer service.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing emails, calls and enquiries, ensuring they are dealt with promptly and professionally.
- Organising meetings, preparing paperwork, taking notes and producing minutes.
- Maintaining databases, spreadsheets and administrative systems.
- Supporting performance reporting and operational activities.
- Coordinating scheme improvement plans and supporting complex case management activity.
- Assisting with projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Raising purchase orders and managing office supplies and equipment.
What we're looking for
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and managing spreadsheets and databases.
- An effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Able to prioritise a varied workload and work independently.
- Committed to delivering excellent customer service.
- Passionate about making a difference for residents and supporting colleagues
