Swindon Borough Council is seeking a proactive Tenancy Housing Officer to join the Housing Team in Swindon.
You will manage a varied caseload, conduct visits and inspections, and work with residents to sustain tenancies and improve neighbourhoods.
You will be the trusted local face, delivering high-quality housing services and enforcing tenancy requirements where needed.
A hybrid model with two days in the office is in place, and a DBS check will be required.
