Swindon Borough Council is seeking a dedicated Property Condition Housing Officer to join our team in Swindon. You will manage a housing patch, act as the trusted contact for tenants, and collaborate with surveyors, contractors and housing teams to address disrepair and mould, improving tenants’ quality of life.
You will assess issues in homes, raise repair orders, support vulnerable residents and help deliver our Damp and Mould Strategy to raise housing standards across the borough.
