Make a Real Difference Every Day. As a Housing Support Officer, you'll be the person who helps vulnerable clients transform their lives. You'll see firsthand how your support empowers people to build independence, develop life skills and achieve goals they never thought possible.
What You'll Be Doing:
- You'll work as a keyworker to named clients, supporting them to live as independently as possible whilst keeping them safe.
- Housing management activities form part of this role, alongside daily client support to help them resolve problems and reach positive outcomes.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Developing non-judgmental professional relationships with clients.
- Managing your own time effectively, delivering outcomes and meeting deadlines.
- Using computer systems (Excel, Word, Outlook and the Internet) for client records and communication.
What We're Looking For:
- If you have relevant experience working with vulnerable people or transferable skills, we'd like to hear from you.
- No previous experience? That's fine - training will be provided.
- You must have a full valid driving licence and use of your own car for business purposes.
- An Enhanced DBS check is required before starting.
