To be part of a small and highly experienced team providing a high quality housing management service to supported housing customers in Metropolitan Thames Valley owned/managed properties in Central and North London, Monday- Friday 0900-1730. Our team is growing due to winning a number of new Care & Support contracts. For the right candidates this role will equip you with a wide range of skills and knowledge to help launch a career in housing. The role is varied and tasks will include health & safety checks, void inspections, tenancy sign-ups, and regular face-to-face contact with a range of customers. There is a mix of office-based tasks and scheme visits, with some opportunities to work from home. We work in partnership with other teams across MTVH, as well as external organisations providing support. You will be provided with a range of training to help you grow your knowledge and professional skills, with access to support and mentoring to put you on the path to a fulfilling career in housing.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Previous experience of working with adults with support needs is essential, combined with a passion for making a real difference to the lives of vulnerable people.
- You’ll need good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, to help you manage your workload and make full use of our comprehensive range of resources.
- An ability to provide advice and practical assistance to customers in order to sustain their tenancies, including rent arrears, budgeting, utilities, personal and home safety and access to appropriate services.

To meet our commitment to providing safe, high quality services to our customers we will complete an enhanced DBS check, once an offer of employment is made. A new check will be completed every three years.
