The successful candidate will be required to effectively manage the letting of properties in a given area patch and to provide a proactive and efficient housing management service for residents.
What you will need:
- Knowledge and good understanding of housing law, housing benefit regulations and welfare rights.
- Experience in dealing with the public in difficult situations.
- Three years' experience of working in a housing environment.
