Rolig Homes is seeking an experienced Head of Housing to lead our housing and tenancy sustainment services across all operational areas. This senior role focuses on safe, high-quality, person-centred housing services while guiding managers and frontline teams.
You will oversee tenancy sustainment including lettings, voids, compliance, safeguarding, complaints and continuous service improvement, with a strong emphasis on staff support, stakeholder relationships and delivering consistent standards.
