I am currently looking for a compassionate and experienced Team Manager to lead supported housing services for adults experiencing homelessness.
About the role
You will oversee two supported housing services, providing safe, inclusive environments where residents can develop their independence and work towards a more stable future. You will be responsible for:
- Managing the day to day running of both schemes
- Supporting residents to maintain their accommodation and develop independence
- Ensuring a safe, welcoming and well managed environment
- Working closely with support teams and external agencies
- Managing housing, health and safety, and service standards
- Supporting staff to deliver high quality services
- Promoting positive outcomes for residents and helping them move towards greater independence
About you
We are looking for someone who is:
- Compassionate, approachable and non judgmental
- Experienced in managing supported housing, homelessness or similar services
- Confident leading and supporting a team
- Organised, resilient and able to manage competing priorities
- Committed to safeguarding, inclusion and person-centred support
