The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
You will be based at our Sittingbourne Office and will be required to travel to various sites across the Kent area. A full UK driving licence is required. Working from home may be arranged with your line manager.
What you'll be doing:
- Act as the secondary point of contact for residents when work is carried out at their homes, estates or communal areas, and attend pre‑work surveys as required.
- Organise, deliver and attend resident liaison meetings to consult residents on investment issues, supporting other teams or departments as necessary.
- Visit sites, open properties and keep residents fully informed of upcoming work through effective communication channels.
- Prepare and deliver pre‑work information to residents.
- Encourage and support resident participation in working parties, forums and focus groups covering all aspects of capital investment (contract, service/standard development meetings).
- Assist with health & safety spot checks.
What you'll need:
- Previous experience in a property/asset management function.
- Experience facilitating resident involvement forums and focus groups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and sustain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- Knowledge and experience of key factors and methods required to promote and sustain effective resident involvement and consultation.
- Experience delivering a customer‑focused, high‑quality service.
- Strong written communication skills, able to produce clear and effective reports.
