At STAR Housing, we’re committed to creating a better future—and that means supporting some of our most vulnerable residents to live safely, independently, and successfully in their homes.

This is a rewarding, hands-on role where you’ll deliver a person-centred housing management service—supporting residents in temporary accommodation and independent living settings to sustain their tenancies and move towards independence.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as the main point of contact for residents
  • Manage tenancies, including sign-ups, reviews and early interventions
  • Support residents with rent, benefits, and tenancy sustainment
  • Carry out property inspections and ensure homes are safe and compliant
  • Work with internal teams and partner agencies to provide joined-up support
  • Support vulnerable customers, including those facing homelessness, domestic abuse or mental health challenges

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in housing management, homelessness or supported housing
  • Strong knowledge of tenancy and support needs
  • A compassionate, resilient approach with the ability to build trust
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and work both independently and as part of a team

Why join STAR Housing?

  • A supportive environment where you can make a genuine impact every day
  • A role that combines housing, support and community outcomes

Please note this role involves working with vulnerable residents and may expose you to challenging situations—full support and training will be provided. Apply now and be part of a team that's helping people rebuild their lives and sustain their homes. Join us in making a difference in our communities by providing essential housing services and ensuring the safety and comfort of our tenants.
