The vacancy Porchlight is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and adults at risk.

The role will support the delivery of Live Well Kent and Medway's mental health and wellbeing services. You will have responsibility for all referrals coming into the service, manage the incoming telephone system as well as the online and email process. You will train your team and the supporting Link staff to manage the demand and will be responsible for the quality of this vital element of the service. You will support the area manager with data management for reporting cycles in addition to managing the team responsible for initial contact with LWK&M. Good people and communication skills will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage referrals entering the service, including the telephone system, online and email processes.
  • Train the team and supporting Link staff to manage demand and ensure service quality.
  • Support the area manager with data management for reporting cycles.
  • Manage the team responsible for initial contact with LWK&M.

Working pattern

37.5 hours, 9.00am to 5.00pm, Mondays to Fridays with some flexibility required.
