Peabody seeks a Senior Remediation Operations Manager to lead resident engagement for a major UK fire remediation programme. You will own strategy, standards and outcomes for every affected household, shaping communications, engagement and support with senior leadership, funders and regulators.
Reporting to the Head of Resident Engagement and Compliance, you will manage a team of 17 and two Customer Fire Safety Operations Managers, delivering cross-public and regulatory commitments.
