Dalkia UK is seeking a Contract Manager to lead maintenance services across the Imperial College London contract. You will manage planned and reactive maintenance across a large, multi-site academic estate, ensuring safety, compliance and contract obligations are consistently met.
This senior, client-facing role requires strong operational leadership, stakeholder communication and the ability to guide onsite teams; you will report to the Account Director and drive KPI/SLA reporting to the client.
