Thermatic is seeking a Contract Manager to lead day-to-day FM service delivery for key client contracts in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring RAMS and permits are in place and SLAs are met.
You will act as the primary client contact, drive cost control, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives within FM operations. Experience in healthcare FM is desirable.
