The predicted salary is between 22700 - 25000 £ per year.

Be responsible for the day-to-day operational management, security, safety and cleanliness of the school, including locking and unlocking the school.

Carry out and record basic checks and maintain Health and Safety records.

Support the maintenance of property and grounds, including liaising with contractors.

Monitor site stock and order supplies.

Have experience of DIY and ability to carry out minor repairs, general maintenance and decorating competently.

Have knowledge and awareness of Health and Safety requirements and willingness to complete relevant Health and Safety training courses.

Be willing to attend to exceptional cleaning duties.

Be a team player, flexible in approach, with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Be physically fit and able to move resources and furniture around the school.
