Trafford Council is recruiting for a Housing Options Officer based in Sale to support the Housing Options Service.
You will respond to customer enquiries, help prevent homelessness, and make decisions in line with policy and legislation, including interviewing clients face-to-face or by telephone.
The role requires 1–2 years’ relevant experience, knowledge of Homelessness Reduction Act, and ability to work within a multi-functional team and with stakeholders.
