Amplius is seeking a Housing Officer to work in our communities, building relationships with customers, tackling issues, and helping people feel safe and proud of where they live. The role is hybrid with a weekly presence in Rushden or Peterborough offices across a defined patch.
You will manage tenancies, handle complex cases, minimise voids, conduct pre‑tenancy interviews and ensure GDPR compliant records while meeting performance targets.
