The Guinness Partnership is seeking an Estate Assistant to join our Estates Team in Rotherham and surrounding areas. This permanent, part-time role is 20 hours over 3 days, Monday to Wednesday (flexible). You’ll handle gardening, grounds maintenance and cleaning of internal communal areas to high standards.
As the on-site representative, you’ll foster positive relationships with residents and contractors, report repairs, and support safe, tidy communities.
