Are you passionate about delivering excellent resident engagement and first-class communication? An exciting opportunity awaits an enthusiastic, professional team player to join the Data and Insight Team as a Resident Engagement Officer. In this role, you will lead resident engagement initiatives, design programs to enhance engagement and support both existing and new resident groups through the development and facilitation of participation and consultation activities. With a strong understanding of regulatory changes and legal requirements for landlords, you will ensure resident involvement is meaningful and impactful. Using data and insights, you'll tailor activities to meet the needs of residents across all tenures and encourage participation from under-represented groups. A strong team ethic, empathy for residents, and flexibility are essential, as you will need to travel to meet residents and attend evening and occasional weekend meetings.
