Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG) invites applications for two Neighbourhood Officers (Regeneration) to support communities undergoing major regeneration in Wythenshawe. The role focuses on intensive housing management, tenancy support and customer engagement in evolving neighbourhoods.
You'll be a visible presence for residents, guiding them through rehousing, access to services and move coordination, while delivering tenancy and estate management and promoting safeguarding.
