The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.
Full time - 36 hours per week, up to 24 months fixed term contract. Hybrid working - expected office days 2-3 days per week.
The overall purpose of this role is to lead the Parashoot Housing Support Team to deliver a customer‑focused, efficient, high performing service in line with contractual requirements, supporting customers who are at risk of eviction to avoid them becoming homeless. Maintain high-quality support to customers by overseeing timely assessments, interviews, and support planning for all potential and current residents, ensuring their needs are met from the outset. Ensure that all relevant customers are safeguarded as appropriate using safeguarding policies and lodging reports with multi‑agency safeguarding hub triage as necessary. Promote positive outcomes for customers by supporting staff to coordinate with external agencies (e.g., social workers, probation, healthcare), ensuring customers receive appropriate care and intervention. Represent the service at internal and external meetings, providing updates and contributing to partnership working that supports strategic goals and improved service integration.
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
- Knowledge of Housing Legislation.
- Knowledge and experience of safeguarding vulnerable adults.
- Experience of multi‑agency working to secure positive outcomes for service users, including with local authorities, safeguarding boards or social care teams.
- Full clean driving licence.
- DBS clearance will be required for this role.
