We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Recovery Coordinator to join our vibrant team. In this role, you\’ll be at the heart of supporting individuals, ensuring they receive the right interventions at the right time to help them achieve their goals.

Location: Waltham Forest

Full Time Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Full Time Salary Range: £27,861.26 – £32,002.35 (dependent on experience, pro rata for part-time hours)
Allowances: £2,195.72 Outer London Weighting (pro rata for part time hours)

* Pease note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Responsibilities

What You\’ll Do:

  • Support people from their first contact with our service through their entire recovery journey.
  • Provide screening, assessments, and recovery planning, tailoring interventions to meet each person\’s unique needs.
  • Support individuals, families, and communities by reducing the harms associated with substance use.
  • Facilitate group sessions and one-to-one interventions, helping people engage with their individual treatment plans.
  • Advocate for those we support, ensuring access to partner agencies and community resources.
  • Promote recovery, resilience, and peer support, enabling people to rebuild their lives.

Who We\’re Looking For:

  • A strong understanding of substance misuse and experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-alongside strong IT proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks effectively, and manage a caseload.
  • Knowledge of mental health services, interventions, and best practices.
  • A team player with great interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with internal and external partners.
  • Someone open to learning and development, committed to improving their skills and helping others grow.
