What you will do
- Manage a caseload of individuals accessing drug and alcohol treatment services. This includes undertaking assessments, care planning, reviews, and delivering recovery-focused interventions.
- Maintain accurate and timely service user records on the CRiiS system, ensuring compliance with information governance and contractual requirements.
- Deliver structured keywork sessions, motivational interventions, harm reduction advice, relapse prevention support, and recovery planning.
- Conduct risk assessments and safeguarding activities, escalating concerns in accordance with local procedures when necessary.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, Substance Misuse, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Relevant training in substance misuse, safeguarding, motivational interviewing, or recovery-focused practice.
- A Level 4 qualification in Health and Social Care or a related field is desirable.
Key Skills
- Proficient use of the CRiiS case management system.
- Extensive experience in case management and recovery planning.
- Proven experience working within substance misuse, addiction recovery, criminal justice, mental health, homelessness, or related support services.
- Demonstrable experience using CRiiS to record interventions, update care plans, and monitor recovery outcomes.
